GOOD OLD TIMES =D

Went for my 3rd RT training session on Sunday(yesterday), and this time with BK. Philip, BK and i were army mates and after our RT session, we went to Bedok Food Centre to buy Sugar Cane Drink. Like wat philip said... the feeling is so heavenly when we drink some cold sweet and fresh sugar drink after a workout... LOL!!!

While drinking... we were standing near the bus stop and we begin chatting abt some good old memories when we were still a trainee in Changi Air Base... after which we chatted about our present life... Hahaha... It makes me feel even more fortunate to have my current gf as my gf =D

The 3rd RT session was okay for me... i like to run actually... so running is not a problem for me i guess... But when we were doing those static station... haha... haha... hahaha... After those kinestatic, my leg feel so numb lar. Hopefully, it will improve my SBJ *pray hard*. Last excercise was chin-up regime... i purposedly choose to be the last few to do as i dun want ppl to see me do pull-up... However i realise everyone was waiting for me...LOL!!!... So i did only 9 pull-up... Today my arm sort of pain... but still managed to do 11... Aiming for a 12 ba =)

I realised something scary... i feel that i'm starting to like RTs... oops... I mean i get to workout during my holidays, excercise with my friends, get updates from my friends, keep fit... and we are even paid to go for RT lar! I know that people may say better to excercise own time own target... but then i may feel sianz running alone and have lots of excuse to give nt to excercise... whereas if i miss a RT session and i dun make up i will get charge... so that is my motivation... LOL!!!

Oh well, shall see how my fitness improve after my RT. If it is totally useless, i may consider training harder and pass my IPPT as i will be paid too... hahaha  =.=

Read yesterday Sunday Times and there is this article is about a newly wed whose age gap is 34 years!!! The groom is a local and the bride is from Vietnam i think...and the bride is only 19. The article said that in Vietnam if girls dun get marry at 22, they are considered over-age... lol!

The article mentioned that some people thought that the wife is the daughter of the man, but he is not affected by it. After reading this article, i'm starting to be certain that age gap in a relationship is indeed nt really important. As long as both parties are certain that their partner can give them what they need and want is even more important.

Just like my aunt and her husband with a age gap of 10 but they are still happily together, and once my aunt even publicly announce if there is next life, she want to be with her current husband again... isnt it sweet?

Haha...okay lar... almost time to chat with my gf... Wish all couples a happy and everlasting relationship... yeah!!!

Take care ppl... gd nite and gd bye!
